Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Products that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details along with proof (images/videos). Reverse pickup will be arranged where available; otherwise, customers may need to self-ship the product. Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the return request will be approved or rejected accordingly. Approved returns will be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund as per our policy. Items purchased during sale or special offers may be non-returnable or eligible for exchange only.
