For faster resolution, customers are requested to provide complete details, including order ID, registered contact information, and relevant proof (images/videos, if applicable). Incomplete information may result in delays in processing the request.

Support requests related to returns, refunds, or exchanges must be raised within the specified timeframes mentioned in our respective policies. Any requests made outside the allowed period may not be entertained.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of misuse, abusive behavior, or repeated fraudulent activities, including excessive return or COD rejection history.
