TeesWarrior Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the TeesWarrior Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your participation in promoting TeesWarrior products and earning commissions.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to join the program.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- TeesWarrior reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote TeesWarrior products ethically and legally.
- Use only approved marketing materials, links, and creatives provided by TeesWarrior.
- Avoid misleading claims, false advertising, or spam promotions.
- Not engage in any activity that harms the brand reputation of TeesWarrior.
4. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a commission on successful sales made through their unique affiliate link.
- A “successful sale” is defined as a completed order that is not canceled, refunded, or returned.
- Commission rates may vary and are subject to change at any time with prior notice.
5. Payment Terms
- Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis (or as defined by TeesWarrior).
- Payments will be processed only after a minimum threshold amount is reached.
- Affiliates must provide valid bank or payment details to receive payouts.
- TeesWarrior is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Using spam emails, fake traffic, bots, or unauthorized paid ads.
- Bidding on TeesWarrior brand keywords in search engines without permission.
- Impersonating TeesWarrior or pretending to be an official representative.
- Promoting illegal, harmful, or offensive content alongside TeesWarrior links.
7. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates may use TeesWarrior logos, images, and promotional materials only for affiliate marketing purposes.
- All intellectual property remains the sole property of TeesWarrior.
8. Order Tracking
- Sales are tracked using affiliate links and cookies.
- TeesWarrior is not responsible for untracked sales due to technical issues, incorrect links, or cookie blocking.
9. Termination
- TeesWarrior reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time without prior notice if terms are violated.
- Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited in case of fraudulent or prohibited activities.
10. Limitation of Liability
TeesWarrior will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the affiliate system.
11. Modification of Terms
- TeesWarrior may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
